​I cut my teeth in the communications industry as a speechwriter for the Premier when I was 19 years old. After earning a B.A. in Communications and an M.A. in Global Studies, I settled down and served as a fundraising executive with several non-profit organizations. Inkwood was born in 2008, in response to my love for writing and my dislike for commuting.

 

I now have the honour of working with some of Canada’s most respected organizations (pinch me!). Whether it’s a global campaign or a grassroots initiative, my job is to find the emotional thread and weave it into a compelling story that connects with donors and builds trust. (Being a published novelist and obsessive reader helps.)

This isn’t just a job for me. I genuinely care about the causes I write for, and I bring that sense of purpose to every project. I go the extra mile because your mission matters — and I want your donors to feel that too. I’m responsive, collaborative, and committed to getting it right, even when timelines are tight and internal approval processes are complex.
